Replacement Process

I recently purchased the Muscle Grid Stabilizer 10 KVA 90V to 300V, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The product has a significant flaw that severely impacts its performance: it does not remain idle when it should. Here are the specific scenarios that illustrate this issue:
High Input Voltage Scenario:
Input Voltage: 218V to 225V
Output Voltage: Less than 205V
Effect: When the input voltage is within the range of 218V to 225V, the stabilizer reduces the output voltage to below 205V. This causes devices, such as ceiling fans, to operate at a much lower speed. For example, a fan set to speed 4 will perform as if it is set to speed 1. This is extremely inconvenient and renders the stabilizer ineffective in maintaining a stable voltage output.
Moderate Input Voltage Scenario:
Input Voltage: 210V to 217V
Output Voltage: More than 230V
Effect: In this range, the stabilizer increases the output voltage to above 230V. This can be dangerous as it may cause electrical appliances to malfunction or even get damaged. For instance, a ceiling fan running at this high voltage could potentially dislodge from the ceiling due to excessive speed and vibration.
Expected Functionality vs. Actual Performance
The ideal scenario for a voltage stabilizer is to remain inactive when the input voltage is within a safe and acceptable range, typically between 215V and 225V. The Muscle Grid Stabilizer, however, fails to do this. Instead of maintaining a steady output, it either under-volts or over-volts the connected appliances, leading to inefficient and unsafe operation.
The product is at it, as it was described. The body is sturdy and well-finished and till now it has been working fine. I didn't notice any Buzzing sound or overheating. One thing I noticed is that the display information is not accurate. On the multimeter, the output voltage was 225 but the display was showing only 207, and sometimes it showed 245. And on each blink, it keeps changing between 205 to 245.
