MuscleGrid India warrants to the first homegrown buyer of the Automatic Voltage Stabilizer that it is liberated from absconds in workmanship and materials. During a year from the date of procurement, in the event that the programmed voltage stabilizer is recognized as imperfect in workmanship or potentially materials, it will be supplanted or fixed for nothing on hint to the organization/organization's closest approved help place. This guarantee is exposed to restrictions of guarantee and may even be viewed as void as under-

1. We cover only manufacturing defects under warranty.

2. Misuse in accordance to its specifications / abuse / burning of the unit are not covered under warranty.

3. If the equipment has been serviced, repaired, opened or tampered by any unauthorized personal.

4. If defects arise / caused by accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, earthquake, lighting and / or any other act of God / natural calamities.

5. We have two product lines i.e. 100% Copper Wired and 100% Copper wound where in 100% Copper wire means that all the wires inside the stabilizer unit are made of 100% Copper while the transformer remains high quality aluminum based. While the 100% Copper wound stabilizers have copper wires as well as copper transformers. Regardless of model, all of our products are 70- 80% accurate in functionality.

6. The company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damage.

7. This warranty does not cover damages caused to the cabinet or any trouble arising from misuse of the stabilizer by overloading or repair effected by unauthorized persons.

This warranty is issued subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts and / or other judicial forums having jurisdiction over the registered office of the company. This is the ONLY WARRANTY covering the equipment given by the company.

8. For any warranty claims after purchase, customer must send the defective product to company's official address and bear the shipping cost of one side to the company and company bears the cost of repair and shipping from company to the end user. We also offer premium service where he has the option to get it picked from his door step and that will be charged at 10% of the original invoice amount.

9. In certain special conditions, Company may ask customers to get the unit repaired from the local technicians for which the entire repair cost will be borne/reimbursed by the company. Further warranty period will not be affected in these cases.

10. Cancellation charges are 5% plus taxes after the order is placed, to be borne by the customer if he wishes to cancel the product.

11. In case of hybrid or transformer-less inverters, almost all errors can be covered under warranty except error 09 or any overload burn. If the Inverter has burnt IGBTs or MOSFETS, we may try to repair it at the paid cost, but if it is unrepairable, the cost of the whole motherboard shall be levied to the customer.

12. These terms may change anytime and the customers must refer to them in future and keep themselves updated.
